Lucien Gates is doing his best to adapt to his new powers and heroic identity as The Ray – but between giant monsters attacking San Diego and meeting his girlfriend’s strict parents, things are not going so well. Someone is definitely behind these attacks and perhaps even Lucien’s gaining his abilities. He’d better hope he can solve that mystery before his life is completely ruined.

As I write this entry, and yes, I know it's been a while (The Ray miniseries is really taking up a lot of my time right now) I'm prepping for my trip to the Balkans. This is the type of thing, that had you told me as a kid that someday I would be going to Macedonia ... I would have called you a liar. Yet here I am about to embark on another adventure.
If all goes well I'll be able to keep you guys up to date on my whereabouts while I'm there.
However, this does mean I won't be attending New York Comic Con this year. It'll be a little weird. I think this is the first one I've not attended since they began at the Javitts Center. I don't really have anything to promote either, So it won't be a huge blow. I'll miss meeting the New york area fans and fans who come in for the show. However, I look forward to meeting the Balkan comics community.
