NYCC 2013 wrapup.
A day after NYCC and I'm beat. I'm tired, and even if it's a good kind of tired, I'm exhausted.
The stress of the last two months finally subsided after the party Saturday. Once all the adrenaline left my body, I was in actual pain. My joints ached. Like any other NYCC or big convention I didn't get to see half the people I wanted to see. I made it to Artist Alley once or twice but never more than the hour I was there for Dare 2 Draw doing portfolio reviews.
Again, if you were looking for me, and couldn't find me, I apologize. Between the panels and signings in various places, i was stretched a bit thin.
The success of the launch party was key to my relief. It was overwhelmingly gratifying to have those who made it in attendance, and I thank you.
Now my next step will be fulfilling my Kickstarter orders, which will take time. I'm doing the shipping myself since I can't afford an assistant. It's my goal to get the books and prints to everyone as soon as possible.
There's also something else on the horizon, which will be announced fairly soon, and i'm excited to be involved in. It won't be as an artist, Since my work on The Terminator begins in earnest now. It will be very cool and I hope a big part of taking Molly Danger to the next level.
But for now, I rest.
